Jagriti Yatra Platform & AI Lab
Registration, payments and AI screening behind India's largest entrepreneurship train journey. Razorpay at national scale with automated payment recovery, Whisper transcription, AI scored written and video answers, and in-browser face detection.
JECP Regional MIS
A 152,000 line management information system running an incubation programme across Eastern UP. 13 modules, four role RBAC with Postgres row level security, audit trails, a document registry on Cloudflare R2 and live impact dashboards.
The Classic Ecosystem
Five live products on five domains with one login: a job portal, an AI resume builder, a mock test engine, a project marketplace and a central SSO hub. HMAC signed 60 second cross app tokens, a shared entitlement ledger and cross site attribution.
Ecomax After-Sales CRM
A 20 module after-sales service CRM for an industrial water treatment company serving 200+ clients across 3 continents. Complaint to close state machine with SLA timers, engineer dispatch with geo tracking, AMC lifecycle and spare parts inventory.
Akarvi Recruiting Platform
Company site plus a full applicant tracking system: OTP verified applications, interview scheduling with calendar invites, a three tier cron reminder engine, offer letters with tamper evident HMAC document seals and AES-256-GCM encrypted onboarding.
Jarvis, a Personal AI OS
The system running this very site: a RAG assistant with tool calling and pgvector retrieval, a paisa exact finance ledger with bank statement import and AI categorisation, WhatsApp capture, and two way sync across Google, Microsoft and Zoho calendars.
